The books for a local card shop

What you paid.
What it sold for.
What you made.

Price tools say what a card is worth. cardsrm records what your shop actually paid, sold and made — every card as a buy leg with its matching sell leg, priced from sticker × offer %, accrued until the sale is real.

Sunday show to settled sale

A weekend batch, without the weekend of typing

1
Photograph the batch
Dealers send one overhead shot of 9–12 cards from the show floor.
2
Review, don't retype
Bedrock vision reads sticker, set, player, parallel, grade and cert — flagged fields come back with a ? for a close-up.
3
Post the whole deal
A batch offer % prices every buy leg at once. The matching sell leg accrues automatically.
4
Finalize as sales land
Type the real sale amount, pick the wire date, and the leg flips from *EST> to FIN.
Month-end PnL the owner can trust
Reported two ways: everything bought this month, and only what's actually settled.

October 2026 example from the live books. Markup is cost-weighted; $0 buys count in PnL but never inflate markup.

The pricing chain stays visible
So dealer performance is measured, not guessed.
Sticker $× Offer %= Buy price→ stored accrual @ 15%→ real sale at finalization= PnL + markup
  • Expected sell price is stored at creation — changing markup never rewrites old reports.
  • One running deal per dealer: Rob, Ian, Boogie, Nick — each with their own weighted markup.
  • Every create, edit, void and *EST> → FIN flip is audit-logged with who and when.
